Comfort Inn & Suites Glen Mills - Concordville, Glen Mills

Upon arrival, my husband and I were delighted to find an amazing welcome bag of goodies in our room, complete with a chilled bottle of champagne, flutes, and a fun heart-shaped towel on the bed. The room was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean, although we noticed a shortage of regular coffee in the room. However, the morning light seeping through the lack of darkening shades was a minor inconvenience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some setbacks. The rooms were clean and extremely comfortable, with the best mattress I have ever slept on. However, there was a slight issue with overbooking at a previous hotel that left me a bit wary. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although there was a slight hiccup with my room being given away due to the late hour of my arrival. The location was amazing, with clean surroundings and easy access to local sights, but the lack of darkening shades made mornings quite bright. The dining experience was adequate, but I couldn't help notice that the options were the same every day. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor bumps along the way.

The service, although friendly, had some hiccups like the receptionist giving away my room and lack of knowledge about the immediate area. The location in Glen Mills, PA, was good for my needs, though the nearby Hooters and Firewaters were not ideal. The free breakfast was delicious, but shared dining space with other guests wasn't my favorite. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
